Legs, shoed feet swaying
Like a pendulum clock
Tic-toc, tic-toc
Ticking off the seconds
Since the heart stopped

Drool pooling, staining
On the floor below
Tic-toc, tic-toc
What is the reason
No one to rightly know
Tic-toc, tic-toc
Life relinquished
By one who’s forgot
The air – deathly silent
Echoes
